Everything you need to know

Who can rent a car?

Drivers aged 21 or older who have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. You need an ID card or passport and your driving licence.

How does booking work?

Choose a car and dates on this page and you see the final price instantly. After you send the request we confirm availability and email you a personal offer link where you enter your details, upload your licence and sign the rental contract electronically.

Where can I pick up the car?

Pick-up and delivery options: Ljubljana – pick-up (free); Ljubljana – delivery to your address (€20); Ljubljana Airport (LJU) (€50); Lake Bled area – delivery to your address (€70). The return location can be different.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable deposit of €1,800–€3,500 depending on the car. It is returned after the car is handed back in the agreed condition.

How many kilometres are included?

100 km per rental day are included, depending on the car. Additional kilometres are charged according to the price list in the offer.

Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?

Yes: 5% from 3 days, 12% from 7 days, 18% from 14 days. The discount is applied automatically in the calculator.

Can I drive abroad?

Yes, driving is permitted in: EU. Please mention your route in the booking request.

How do I pay?

Rental and deposit are paid by bank transfer. The offer includes a SEPA QR code, so you can pay in seconds from your banking app.

What is the insurance excess?

The cars are fully insured. The driver's liability (excess) is up to €1,500 per claim, as set out in the rental contract.

Is smoking allowed?

No, all cars are strictly non-smoking. Please return the car with the same fuel or charge level as at pick-up.
