Pick-up and return

We deliver the car from Ljubljana to your address at Lake Bled or nearby, or you can pick it up yourself in Ljubljana. Return it at Bled, in Ljubljana or at the airport – just choose the return location in the form.

Vignette and roads

All our cars carry a valid vignette for Slovenian motorways. If you travel to neighbouring countries, check their rules – Austria, for example, requires its own vignette.

Parking at Bled

Parking around the lake is mostly paid and fills up quickly in summer. For a walk around the lake, park at one of the larger car parks and continue on foot – the loop around the lake is about 6 km.

• Lake Bohinj and the Savica waterfall – 30 minutes
• Kranjska Gora and Vršič – 40 minutes to the foot of the pass
• Ljubljana – about 40 minutes by motorway
• Soča Valley and Bovec – over Vršič or around via the Predel Pass
• Piran and the coast – about 2 hours
